A world-class Midwestern yacht manufacturer had selected an ERP solution and needed to negotiate terms with five software providers and a consulting company. They needed the negotiations completed quickly to meet their implementation schedule.

A comprehensive review was done of all the proposed agreements, and protections, better definitions, and a detail of responsibilities were added. CNC completed direct negotiations for the client with six vendors, which involved 17 documents (master agreements, addendums, maintenance agreements, consulting agreements, and ordering forms), within two weeks.

Finished ready-to-sign agreements were created that integrated the client’s law firm revisions with CNC’s business term improvements. The client and the vendors received clear and concise specifications of what each must do throughout the implementation of the ERP solution.
